New heat pump which provides air conditioning in summer months also just installed. Note: new stairs to second floor are slightly steeper than normal. Near pub and restaurants. Pebble beach within 5 min walk. Owner lives away, managed by local hotel manager (Albert's Motel ) No smoking and no pets please (strict).
