This is an urban/zen carriage house apartment, cozy yet spacious with the artists recycling hand at work. The neighborhood includes all the faces of America. I live in the stately house adjacent to the garage apartment. There is a back courtyard with a fire pit area. The house itself is on Detroit Ave. The apartment faces the side street which is Thoreau. The neighborhood is quiet. People walk up to Drugmart or City Hall nearby and early on weekdays middle schoolers can be heard going to the school nearby, but for all this people activity, this urban neighborhood is peaceful. Folks who stay here say it is perfect for a retreat .Looking to disappear for awhile? Come to "Nan's Nook on Thoreau." In Lakewood. We are family friendly. This could be a good spot for a couple traveling with a baby . We can accommodate.
“Nancy místo bylo skvělé pro to, co jsme potřebovali. Šli jsme z jejího místa do centra Clevelandu na některé z her All Star Game. Byl to skvělý základní tábor pro naše cesty - blízko Rapid, skvělé parkování, krásné okolí a velkou hodnotu. Nancy měla kávu, snídaňové zboží, veškeré vybavení, které jsme potřebovali, a další. Milujeme okolí! Určitě se vrátí.”
