The bar lunema is just the meeting point. We will go in a historic and typical Neapolitan restaurant.

STEP ONE
The restaurant will give us all the ingredients to make the homemade pasta. After an introduction of the typicals our igredients, every one of you will have his own place to make the dough.

STEP TWO
After you wll try our local products from Napoli like mozzarella salame extra vergin olive oil and tomato, we wait the dough becomes soft.

STEP THREE
When the dough is ready, we will roll it out in a way known only by elderly people so we will cut it to obtain the desired shape. We will make fettuccine , ravioli, taglioline exc.

STEP FOUR
Finally we will cook ravioli and fettuccine in the kitchen with a nice sauce. We will make tagliatelle with ragú and ravioli with the napoletan souce. All accompanied by a great drink. Thanks to this experience you will discover the secrets of this ancient recipe that only a few know. You will make a professional and fun experience like an ancient Neapolitan grandmother.

We will go in the storic pizzeria o'scugnizzo in via medina 19. That's is one of the most beautifull restaurant in Naples.

Superbe après-midi en compagnie de Riccardo ! Nous avons cuisiné des fettuccine al ragù et des raviolis à la ricotta, que nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu manger sur place (couvre-feu oblige), mais que nous avons emportés chez nous et dégustés à la maison. Nous nous sommes vues offrir une collation très sympa (bruschettas et croquettes de pommes de terre), arrosée d'anecdotes et de petites histoires sur l'histoire de Naples. Je recommande !

Riccardo was great, super fun and explained everything very clearly. We were a big group and he was very patient. The experience is a lot of fun and getting to eat it afterwards was great! Really recommend it!

I was not able to do the pasta class so did the pizza making one instead and so glad I did as I learnt so much. The Napolitan pizza making method is very different to normal pizza. There were only two of us in the class so it was like a private lesson. Riccardo explained everything in great detail and it was obvious he was passionate about the offering the best experience. He never rushed us and went above and beyond what I expected. It was lovely to chat with him. The pizza we made was excellent and I hope to be able to make in when I return home. We had an amazing afternoon in the restaurant! We had a private experience as there were no other guests than my boyfriend & me 👍🏼 Riccardo took a lot of time for us and answered us millions of questions about the neapolitan kitchen and gave us helpful tips for the rest of our stay here 😊 Last but not least: the pasta was delicious! It was just too much for the two of us, so we took the rest of it away for dinner 😋
