First off, you will get a history of traditional Samoan Fireknife dancing and a hands on lesson on how to construct traditional Ti leaf accessories worn by Fireknife dancers. We will then move on to working on stance, form, attitude and technique. From there, will begin to learn and practice the basic moves of Fireknife. If you are confident enough at the end of practice, you will have the opportunity to showcase your newly acquired talent and make a great video to take home for friends and family! Once the evening has ended, I will give a demonstration with both single and double fireknives! Private or group bookings are available.
