I'm a karate Black Belt with over 15 years experience, running private classes in Martial Arts. I've lived in Yuzawa area for over 4 years and been visiting this area since I was 10 years old! I can organise private one on one classes on a weekly basis or justs as an introduction. Come away with new skills, stamina, strength, concentration and a deeper understanding of Budo, the Way of the Warrior…

Co budeme dělat

First class is introduction to karate, the basic stance, how to enter the dojo and greet your instructor. Then we learn how to hold a fist the Martial Arts, how to stand and various movements such as how to grip the floor for stability, how to punch and kick properly. We move onto basic movements up and down the dojo, kicks and punches. Blocking and attacking. Kata (set of pre-arranged movements)…

You can come just for one class, or book for a series of sessions while you're here or over the course of weeks/months etc.

Sportovní vybavení
Punching mats and other equipment supplied.

Co si vzít

Where loose comfortable clothing, gym gear or a gi.
Bring bottled water and a sweat towel.
A change of clothes for after class.

You can come to my gym or I can travel to your location and use the gym, common area or sports venue there.

Storno podmínky

Požadavky na hosty

Zúčastnit se může až 10  hostů ve věku 4  a více let. Děti do 2 let mohou přijít v doprovodu rodičů. No prior Martial Arts experience necessary, Beginners to Advanced welcome.
