We will talk about what Mindfulness is and how it will change your life for the better. I will teach you how to meditate. I will also teach you breathing techniques for calming and relaxing body and mind. Then I will guide you through a semi Guided Mindfulness Meditation session.

Brittany Hudson aka Meditating Mama started on her path of meditation at the age of 17 discovering the benefits of many different types of meditation. At the age of 21 she was introduced to Mindfulness Meditation and has been in the practice of Mindfulness Meditation for over 20 years. She now guides and coaches public and private Semi Guided Mindfulness Meditation classes in San Diego, CA.
This class is located in Mission Hills in San Diego in a beautiful private residence. This class is held outside with Social distancing and masks.

If you are visiting San Diego, like I did, this meditation class is the perfect experience during your time here. Brittany does fantastic work guiding you through your own mindfulness meditation practise. It's a great way to take time in and relieve stress in your day to day life. I couldn't be more happier with the outcome and would highly recommend it!

This was a really comfortable setting. Whereas it could have felt awkward to meditate with strangers, Brittany was warm and welcoming so I was instinctively at ease. Her tone of voice was very soothing, so I was calm and relaxed during the guided meditation. It actually felt as if it only lasted 5 minutes instead of 40! My 12 year old son came with me and was able to participate as well. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience that I’ll definitely do again soon. Highly recommend!
