I offer one-to-one or small group sessions in mindfulness.

Both beginner and experienced participants are guided through different practices such as sitting meditations, bodyscans (bringing awareness to different parts of the body) and mindful movement (simple movements and stretches are practised with full awareness of the body). People often comment on feeling much calmer, more relaxed, energised, connected and embodied after these sessions.

The sessions are mainly practical, with some space for teaching and discussion.

I qualified as an Alexander Technique teacher in April 2008 (MSTAT) and then trained to teach Mindfulness with Breathworks and Bangor University and Exeter University. I am a listed teacher on the UK Mindfulness Network which requires teachers to have undergone in-depth training, a personal practice and adherence to Good Practice Guidelines.

Both practices enhance my own well-being and help me make better choices in day-to-day life as well as enabling me to work in a heart-centred way with my pupils and clients. I love that this work is about supporting others to thrive and have more say in their own wellbeing.

Kde budeš

The mindfulness sessions are held at my home in Saltash. The space is simple - the lounge and conservatory blend into one with bifold doors and natural seagrass carpet throughout. Participants often comment on how peaceful the space feels.

In order to keep everyone safe during Covid, I am adhering to the safety and cleaning guidelines provided by Airbnb.

Me and my partner went in for a private 2 hr session. Sarah-linda, Made us feel at home, was very calm and allowed us to do things at a pace that suited us. We both came away relaxed and humble. Thankyou for service, it has been greatly appreciated. We look forward to getting some more sessions in the future 😊
