Co budeš dělat

After a brunch in a nearby organic farm with home made special bread cheese and salumi, wine and coffee, we will travel to Modena. To visit a traditional Balsamic vinegar of Modena PDO and Organic. Full visit and tasting of balsamico from 6 to 40 years old . A magic place of old barrels of different ages and woods a full of precious balsamico. At 1340 you will be back to Vignola in time to catch your train or bus, or you can stroll in the historic city centre and visit the magnificent castle and Barozzi Palace, enjoying a gelato or a barozzi cake.

Kde budeš

Vignola, Caseificio in Zocca, Agriturismo in Monteombraro, Acetaia in Modena. The Panaro river valley from the via Emilia to the Appennini, has been one of the first hot spots of organic agriculture in Italy. Where the first organic farmers started organising in a regional association. Now in the valley there are over 500 organic producers that are now organising the first regional Biodistretto: a whole territory that wants to go Organic!
