Co budeš dělat

We will prepare together the madeleine dough and explain different version of my traditional Madeleine recipe. We will work in duo so everybody will be able to really participate. While the Madeleines are in the oven we will have time to discuss about French cuisine and I will of course also be available for any questions you have about the French Riviera or French culture. Impossible to not talk about the world famous "Madeleine de Proust" ;) Once the Madeleines ready, we will enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee and your work will be rewarded as soon as you will taste your own delicious Madeleines. Bon appétit !!!!

Kde budeš

Please contact me before booking the class so we can organize where we can meet and hold the madeleine party: your place or mine ! If the place where you stay in Nice or another city on the French Riviera has an electric oven, I can come directly to your place and bring all necessary (ingredients, cups, baking plates.. Otherwise I can arrange with you how to come to my flat on the west part of Nice.
