Hello everyone ! When you're joining this authentich French cooking experience, we will meet and start by strolling throught a local bakery for you to have a sneak peek into the neightborhood daily life. Then we will head to my cosy kitchen in my flat. We will first learn a little bit more about the key ingredients of French cuisine. We will then discover the menu and begin by preparing our "apéro", a good introduction before getting into the meal preparation. We'll cook together and set up our beautiful table .You will then enjoy your delicious meal prepared with love. During this class you will learn to cook a farmers' market salad, a classic French ratatouille to go with a chicken or fish in sauce as well as a gratin dauphinois. We will finish our meal with the sweet taste of a crêpe. The menu can vary according to the season and your specific request (allergies, food restriction ...).
