Prepare yourself for a beautiful trail run through the Chuckanut Mountains! Depending on your personal comfort, I'll pick an appropriate trail you're sure to fall in love with. As a coach, I'm used to running with runners of all abilities. We'll assess our gear and agree on a route, then set off through mossy forests, across wooden bridges, and down rocky dirt paths at a pace that's comfortable…

Runners should be able to comfortably run a minimum of 4 miles or for about an hour. Please keep in mind that these trails do have elevation gain. But speed is not a concern, we'll adjust our pace!

Bars/gels/shot blocks - we can talk beforehand about what fuels you best! Let me know if you have dietary restrictions.

Water - bring your own bottle and we can fill it up, or I have some bottled water

Small pack for carrying a snack/water
Light rain jacket as weather in the PNW varies
Sturdy running shoes - trail shoes are best but if you don't have them, regular running shoes can suffice
Change of clothes/socks for afterwards

Kde budeš

The Chuckanut Mountains are where the mountains come down to kiss the sea. They run south along Chuckanut Drive (hwy 11), and are at most a 15-20 minute drive from anywhere in Bellingham.
