Co budeš dělat

This is a sport activity that will last for two hours and Four parts. Our workout usually start with a group of warm up and stretching exercises. This include jogging, sprints, hamstring stretching and foot works. Then we move to the harder part of the exercise where we do intense cardio exercise. This includes a mix of frog push ups, pull ups and balance work. We try to make sure that you reach your fitness limit with the intensity of this exercise.
We move to third part of the exercise which is training on Avci Wing Tsun techniques, this exercise involves the stick, weapon and pair hands defense and attack techniques. We focus on the technique of this part of the exercise and to provide a general introduction of the sport. Our focus on mastering of the technique.
On the Fourth part of the exercise, we start with a free combat rehearsing the techniques that we have learnt in the third part and mixing it with real life attack and defense scenarios. The aim of the fourth part to prepare you for real self-defense scenarios.
The plan goes as the following:-
7:00 - 7:30 Warm Up and Stretching.
7:30 - 8:00 intense cardio exercise.
8:00 - 8:30 Techniques
8:30 - 9:00 Combat

Abd Al Rahman Zinati, the couch of Avci Wing Tsun has been practicing the sport for more than 10 years. He is on level 10. He was trained by the sport founder, Mr Saleh Avci. Feras Naser, the other host is a very fit athlete who has been practicing Taekwondo and Karate for more than 8 years in an on and off periods. Feras holds black belt in Takewondo. Both couches have high level of fitness and martial arts skills.

Kde budeš

We do our training in a famous Martial Arts Gym in Dahiyat Al Rasheed. This is the Gym where Abd Al Rahman has been training for most of his life, this gym was only designed for martial arts training. However, the gym has developed to include different cardio and weight lifting machines. There will be an option for people who would like to use the gym facilities after the martial arts training.
