"Look deep into nature and then you will understand everything better"- Albert Einstein. Choose between several short walks or even a challenging hike of several hours - our tours are specifically designed for small groups of maximum four participants for offering a most special personal experience. Our interpretive guided walks are tailored for taking in the most scenic spots - including impressive waterfalls - as well as enjoying the best hiking trails of the Greater Blue Mountains, giving you profound knowledge about history, geology and nature as well as offering plenty opportunities for breathtaking photo shots along the way. A visit to the informative Blue Mountains Heritage Centre, managed by NSW Parks, can also be arranged. Our aim is to offer you an exciting experience in our beautiful mountains for you to remember! For your memories, if you like, we can videotape your hike - free of charge - for you to watch on our YouTube channel (please search for our videos in YouTube under 'Wolfgang Hiking'). You can bring your own food or we stop for a coffee/lunch break in one of our iconic mountain villages of Blackheath, Leura or Wentworth Falls (German Bakery). We usually meet in front of BLUE MOUNTAINS VISITOR INFORMATION Centre opposite of Katoomba train station or we can arrange a personal pick up/drop off from where you stay in the Blue Mountains. Hope to see you soon!
Hello from your personal guides Wolfgang and Hedi, the only local tour guide couple (why to settle for one guide if you can get two for the price of one) in the Blue Mountains, who love showing you the magnificent sights and sounds of the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. We are passionate local hiking enthusiasts with a National Park & Wildlife Service issued Parks Eco Pass license for guided walking tours who want to share with you our experience of many hundreds of mountains hikes, showing and explaining to you -Hedi has a master in mineralogy and also a good knowledge of the local fauna- the natural wonders of our gorgeous Blue Mountains. As active supporters of the Australian Conservation Foundation, Australia's environment organization, we are making a donation for every hiking tour conducted.
