You can choose to make pizza margherita or marinara . You will be a pizza chef with me for 2 hours!!

FIRST STEP
I will teach you about the dough ingredients. We will make the neapolitan pizza dough, Seems easy but it is not so. We will do it with flour, brewer's yeast and ... a secret ingredient, so we will mix everything until it will be ready.
I will explane the most important skills to make the best dough.

SECOND STEP
We will try the products used to make pizza. You will have a detailed explanation on the products of our land. Taste the tomato, crocché, fresh mozzarella, and olive oil. This step will help you to understand how is important to use high quality products to make the best pizza.

THIRD STEP
Now we have to divide the balls from the dough. I will show you the oldest way to do that. Called "mozzatura" , learned from the mozzarella maker.

FOURTH STEP
I will give you the ingredients to make an authentic Neapolitan margherita pizza. It is the most popular pizza in Italy. You will take your pizza ball, you will spread it like a real pizzachef and bake it in the wood oven.

FIFTH STEP
The most exciting part will be when you will eat your full pizza while I will tell you the story of Neapolitan cuisine and the genesis of the pizza in Naples and of course with a nice drink included.

Riccardo is a very nice , Real and honest Neaplitan ... he knows a lot about culture , history and gives in a short time much Details in many Neapolitan Insides . We spent a very enjoyable time with Riccardo. He was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. As we were only 2 , the focus was on us and we followed step by step the secret napolitean pizza recipe for the doe and the making of the pizza. In between, Riccardo explained us all about the origins of this pizza, the ingredients and why it is so special in Napoli. Target now will be to try to make an attempt to do a decent pizza at home for which Riccardo is willing to assist if needed. We had overall a very good time and you should not hesitate too much to make the experience if you are a pizza lover. Also make sure your stomach is empty before you come :)

The class was very fun! I planned as a date night for my husband and he really enjoyed himself. Everyone at the restaurant is very friendly! Riccardo was very informative and gave great directions and spoke very good English!

Worth every cent. Riccardo met us at a centralized pint and then walked us to the restaurant. He showed us how to make the pizza dough while explaining the history of pizza. He fed us some appetizers, which was unexpected, and then we continued to make our pizzas. Riccardo is a super friendly and intelligent person. I absolutely recommend this experience to others. It is worth every penny. We will definitely go back.
