KEYS / LOCKBOX
Prior to your arrival, the Property Manager will contact you regarding access to the home. A lockbox has been placed on the doorknob on the main entrance of the home. You will be provided with the combination to access the lockbox where inside you will find keys which will unlock the door. Upon departing the property, make sure to close/lock all windows, turn off all lights, adjust heat, lock doors and place the keys back inside the lockbox.
Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 p.m. on the date of arrival. No early arrivals will be allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the date of departure. Arrangements will have been made for cleaning very shortly after your departure, therefore no late departures will be allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. There are no refunds for early departures.
The facilities you are renting should be left in the same condition they were found. This includes putting everything away, washing dishes, wiping down counters and emptying the trash. Please do not leave any perishable or non-perishable foodstuffs behind. Any excessive cleaning charges will be billed to your credit card. Tenants who do not leave the facility in good condition will not be considered for future rental. PLEASE NOTE: You have 24 hours subsequent to your arrival during which to report any defects or damage that may have occurred prior to your occupancy. Failure to do so could result in deductions from your damage deposit or your credit card being charged for damages or excessive cleaning.
Occupancy of this rental property may not exceed 6 persons. Tents, travel trailers and mobile homes are not allowed on the property. The property manager has the right to inspect for exceeded occupancy limits or any other reason deemed necessary. Any tenant found exceeding occupancy limits or violating any conditions of this agreement will be asked to vacate the property and no refunds will be given.
There is no telephone on the premises at this time. However, if you have a cell phone, reception in this area is fair. You can leave the number for our office (Number will show in the directions for confirmed guests) with family and friends for emergencies. Please know that our normal office hours are Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to noon; voice mail is available after hours.
Smoking is not allowed in this property. Please be considerate and smoke outside.
Pets are allowed on the premises. An additional $10.00 per day will be charged if pets accompany you on your stay. You are encouraged to clean up after your pet, use leashes and be considerate of neighbors.
Fireworks are not allowed at this rental.
There is one row boat at this property. Please use wisely.
Please bag all refuse and place in the container for disposal after your stay. Note: DO NOT CLEAN FISH OR GAME INSIDE THIS RENTAL PROPERTY. Place all fish and game carcasses in plastic garbage bags and place in the container for disposal after your stay.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
Parents and/or guardians are responsible for the supervision of their minor children, particularly around docks, boats and water. Tenant agrees to hold harmless Barb Snyder, Mark and Laurie Wagner, Hilgart Realty, Inc. and its employees for any injury or death that occurs due to the Tenant’s or Tenant’s invitee’s negligence.
We make every effort to ensure that the unit you have rented is ready when you arrive. However, we reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations without notice or liability in the rare event the unit is not available. We will attempt to notify you of any changes in advance if possible. Because we would be required to charge you the difference, we will work to provide you comparables within a similar price range but it will be at your discretion to cancel your reservation without penalty if the options we provide are not suitable.

Hilgart Realty Inc., Mark and Laurie Wagner or their employees make no representation or guarantee that this property will meet your expectations if you have not inspected the property prior to making your reservation. We encourage you to make a personal inspection of the property prior to booking your reservation. Do not rely on descriptions or photos.
