Entire second story apartment with a stunning window-wall view of Napeague Harbor, front and back decks, and a short walk through the backyard and dunes to a semi-private ocean beach. Owner lives on the first floor in a completely separate apartment.

Prostor
My beach house is in the Napeague White Sands beach hamlet. You can walk or bike to The Lobster Roll (aka Lunch), the Art Barge, Goldbergs’s Bagels, Best Pizza, and the Clam Bar.

Přístup pro hosty
Guests have access to the entire Third floor and loft with two private decks with two private entrances. The property is fenced and there is a gate out the back to access a path to Dolphin and then another path through the dunes. There is parking for one car or two if one car is parked directly behind the other.

When arriving, please park on the left side of the driveway as I park my car on the right side. Your entrances to the apartment are accessible via the the two stairway entrances on the left side of the property. The property is sprayed for mosquitoes and ticks but the beach paths are not.

We are on the south side of the highway but we do have highway noise in the front of the house. It doesn’t seem to bother our city dweller guests but it does bother guests that live in quieter places. One great thing about our location is the access for biking, hiking, and running on Montauk Highway or Napeague Meadow Road. There is also highway-free running in the neighborhood as well as on the beach. Our beach (path off of Dolphin Street) is not manned by lifeguards and there isn’t a parking lot so it remains pretty secluded except for certain busy summer weeks. There is also access to the main beach at Atlantic Street .
There is kitesurfing and windsurfing rentals at the Napeague Harbor access.
There is great surfing at our beach.
