Island Pearl is one of the original cottages on Isle Of Palms. Three blocks to beach, about a 7 minute walk. it is in a very quiet area of Isle Of Palms. It has been recently renovated and is a a cozy and charming cottage.
The huge back yard has a great deck and fire pit area. There is a garage in the back that houses the washer and dryer. Also provided is 6 beach chairs and a beach wagon.

Prostor
Pets are allowed with approval from host. Guest agree to a 250.00 security deposit so I consider that the pet fee. The deposit is only taken if there is a problem.

Island Pearl sits on a mostly residential street with few short term rentals. Isle of Palms has a noise ordnance that begins at 10 pm to 7 am and guest are asked to adhere to this.

I was born and raised on Isle of Palms, SC, just down the way from At The Copa. I lived in Savannah, GA for the past 22 years developing my career in the hospitality industry as a General Manager for an international hotel group. I moved home recently to be closer to my family.

I love to travel. My favorite place so far has definitely been Paris and I can't wait to go back. I have a group of friends I travel with and we call ourselves the Flexible Traveler's Club. You have to be up for anything and have a go-with-the-flow mentality to be a part of the experience. In other words, no high-maintenance travelers need apply. We enjoy beautiful, comfortable and easy surroundings.

I also love giving my fellow flexible travelers the experience of Southern hospitality . My father built this home last year. He and I worked together to create a comfortable and charming retreat in the midst of the Low Country for you to enjoy.

At The Copa is located a convenient drive from the beaches and from historic Downtown Charleston. It's only a few blocks to the marsh and is a great place to walk, bike around, or just relax on the front porch overlooking it all.

At The Copa is a feel-good cottage and I know you will enjoy it.
