A classic 1880's Victorian home that has been restored with a hip contemporary vibe. Outside the home features a patio with seating, dining for twelve, and a 7 person hot-tub. Inside features a large kitchen/ dining area, sitting room with sectional for extra sleeping, three bedrooms, 1 three season bedroom and two full bathrooms and WiFi.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Lot No. 9 is a classic 1880's Victorian home that has been restored with a hip contemporary vibe. The 3.5 bedroom two story house is in the quaint town of Bloomfield Ontario. Outside the home features a large patio with seating, dining for twelve, a 7 person hot-tub, historic barn and beautiful landscaping. Inside features a large gathering kitchen/ dining area, sitting room with a custom over sized sectional sofa that doubles as two twins for extra sleeping, three boutique style bedrooms, 1 three season bedroom and two full bathrooms and wireless internet.

The West Bedchamber - Master Bedroom I (second level)

Lot No. 9 has two Master Bedrooms on the Second Level. The West Bedchamber offers a spacious queen-size bed, west facing view, lounge chair and custom Canadian Geese wall paper by local artist Kate Golding. For your convenience, all three bedrooms on the second level have access to two full washrooms.

The East Bedchamber - Master Bedroom II (second level)

Lot No. 9 has two Master Bedrooms on the Second Level. The East Bedchamber offers a spacious queen-size bed, east facing view, lounge chair and custom Coyote wall paper designed by local artist Kate Golding. For your convenience, all three bedrooms on the second level have access to two full washrooms.

The South Bedchamber - Twin Room (second level)

The South Bedchamber is the largest bedroom at Lot No. 9. It has two twin beds and a full size pull-out, allowing up to a max of 4. All three bedrooms on the second level have access to two full washrooms for your convenience.

The Sun Parlor - Bedroom IV (main level)

The Sun Parlor located on the main level is the perfect additional living space, doubling as a fourth bedroom (three season) from May to October. This charming room boasts a 3/4 size day bed, single trundle bed lounge seating, as well as an additional dining space for four that doubles as a games table or sunny breakfast room. The perfect space for kids or quiet reading room.

Kitchen + Dining

The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to cook-up a locally sourced meal! Gas range, electric oven, full refrigerator/ freezer and dishwasher are all provided. The dining table can easily seat 8 and sliding doors out to the patio can be opened to seamlessly transition to the outdoor living space or adjacent Sun Parlor.

CHEFS KITCHEN

Large appliances: Thermador self-cleaning convection oven and natural gas cook top, LG stainless steel fridge, stainless steel full size dishwasher, large farm house sink (perfect for cleaning roasting pans) and faucet with instigated vegetable spray. Kitchen also offers restaurant stainless steel work island.

Cookware: top of the line Cuisinart heavy gauge stainless steel pots and pans, various roasting pans, cookie sheets, muffin trays and pizza bake pan and complete set of glass cookware

Small Appliances: full size drip coffee maker - flat bottom basket, French coffee press, hot water kettle, tea pot, panini maker, toaster, Cuisinart food processor with all the attachments, blender, juicer and Braun hand blender

Dishware: complete service set of twelve including dishes, bowls, drinking glasses, wine goblets, two sets of twelve each cutlery, place-mats and napkins

Pantry: basics such as flour, sugar, olive oil and spices

Barbecue: natural gas BBQ is steps from the patio door


Salon

The Salon is furnished with plenty of seating and a large flat-screen TV. There is a custom over sized sectional sofa that doubles as two twins for extra sleeping.

Outdoor Terrace + Hot Tub

Outdoor dining and lounging - The outdoor living and dining space is perfect for entertaining. There is a large dining area that easily seats 12, a lounge area with an over-sized sofa and chairs as well as an adjoining deck space with hot tub and outdoor shower. The outdoor fire pit is surrounded by chairs and can be used year round. Lot No. 9 also offers a tandem bike and lawn games such as croquette for visitors use.

The Box Car at Lot No. 9

The Box Car at Lot No. 9 is a refurbished storage container converted into an indoor/ outdoor bug and rain proof experience. Host large dinners or take an afternoon nap in the lounge area. The Box Car is complete with beverage fridge for overflow wine and beer.

Welcome to Lot No.9! We have been waiting for your arrival and have taken the following extra steps for your safety and ours.

-All cleaning staff have worn Personal Protective Equipment upon entering the property

-Windows and doors are open upon entering the property and left open for the duration of the cleaning to ventilate the property, once closed they are cleaned and disinfected

-All entrance handles, keypads and lockboxs have been cleaned and disinfected

-All door handles, drawer handles, light and plug covers have been cleaned and disinfected

-All garbage cans were given fresh liners and sprayed with disinfectant

-Cleaning staff removed all linens with fresh gloves and changed their gloves prior to replacing the linens (for those properties providing linens)

-Linens have also been laundry at the highest temperature setting

-All soaps, shampoos, conditioner etc have been cleaned and disinfected

-Common items such as remotes, salt and pepper shakers, fridges have been cleaned and disinfected

-The guest book and signage throughout the property has been cleaned and disinfected

Agrarian
By day a shop with curated local cheeses, charcuterie and condiments. At night, it doubles as a speak easy with live music, 'globe-trotting comfort food' menu and potent cocktails - all with locally sourced ingredients.

Bloomfield Bicycle Company
Rent a new set of wheels and tour the County! Just steps away from Lot No. 9 rent a bicycle for the day and grab a complimentary map. The best way to tour local wineries - you will discover this is the only way to travel in PEC! We highly recommend it!

Popular (even on brisk days) for their innovative and homemade flavours! Stop by for a scoop of apple pie ice cream accompanied by apples and pasty, or a cone of roasted marshmallows. Yum!

Go for the name, stay for the careful curation of old milk jugs, doors, vintage-crystal stemware and elegant canes. Filled with treasures, this old garage turned antique shop is more than a gimmick!
