Enjoy your own clean and cozy, private guest room, as well as entire main floor of my charming vintage 1952 bungalow. Located in a quiet, local neighborhood just south of the city. Easy access to mass transit (light rail), the nearby spectacular Belleview Park with its shady trees and flowing creek, the South Platte Bike Trail (easy and safe bike ride all the way into downtown), a Sprouts grocery store, and plenty of places to eat, drink, sip, and shop in nearby historic downtown Littleton.

My charming little bungalow is the perfect getaway for a solo traveler who is seeking a clean, quiet, safe, and peaceful place to stay with easy access to the Denver Tech Center, downtown Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, or the mountains. It's located in a quaint residential neighborhood just south of the city. You will have your own private guest room, as well as full access to the kitchen (including microwave, full size fridge, gas stove, all kitchenware, spices, coffee, tea, and breakfast items too!) dining area, living room, and my beautiful and spacious yard. I have a table that doubles as the perfect laptop workspace, as well as complimentary WiFi, in case this is a working trip. Please note that I can only accommodate one guest. Additionally, my bungalow is not appropriate for small children. And I have a small service dog, so no other pets or animals of any kind will be allowed.

In the interest of keeping everyone extra safe and healthy during this new era of Covid, I guarantee a clean environment, provide hand sanitizer (located on the table), and gloves and extra cleaning supplies available upon request for your use during your stay. If we both happen to be in the bungalow together, I would ask that you please respect my request to wear your mask when we are in shared spaces at the same time. My living space is downstairs, but there may be times when we are in close proximity to each other and I want to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable, and stays healthy! Thank you!!

I love my neighborhood! It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, where you can sit and listen to the birds all day and the crickets all night, yet so easily accessible to all that Denver and the surrounding areas have to offer. Close to the businesses in historic downtown Littleton, the Denver Tech Center, a straight shot north to downtown Denver and the RiNo District, a little farther north and you are in Boulder, head due west and you are in Morrison (Red Rocks) or keep going and you are on your way to the Rocky Mountains!
