This is to ensure maximum enjoyment of the Llewellyn Cottage facilities. For extended stays (5-12 days) at the Llewellyn Cottage please contact us for dates that may be available.

Located an hour's drive from the Norfork International airport and and hour and fifteen minutes drive to the Nags Head beaches. 20 minutes to the USCG Elizabeth City airbase. Edenton NC is 15 minutes away with all of the historical homes and Revolutionary War history to enjoy . The protocol for cleaning and sanitizing the Llewellyn Cottage is using the products shown in the photos to wipe down all surfaces twice and allowing 3 days between guests plus a change out of all linens/laundry.
Due to liability concerns the Llewellyn Cottage requests that the Booking Guest be at least 25 years of age and should that Booking Guest have any members of their group that is not of legal age (21) and are also not an immediate family member by birth or adoption the Booking Guest shall have the sole responsibility to maintain a close physical presence to provide behavioral supervision at all time during the complete duration of the Booking Guest reservation period. By definition, close physical presence means alongside or with 100 feet of the such group member. The Llewellyn Cottage reserves the right to request identification information of such underage group members such as but not limited to date of birth, drivers license info and home address. Failure to meet this requirement shall constitute grounds for immediate cancellation of the Booking Guest reservation without any refund.

Small neighborhood, The local doctor lives on the south side border and the Owner lives on the North Side border. Approx 1/2 mile to downtown Hertford by water, 3/4 mile by road. Canoeing and kayak users will enjoy the Perquimans River as it has shelters built for their use.
