Located between LA and Orange County, 30 min, from Disney and LAX, 40 min. from LA. Instead of putting the kitchen in the studio,it is outside on the private Patio.With barbecue with a side burner,pizza oven,microwave,air fryer,crock pot,k-cup. Sink and disposal.hot and cold water.Pots,cups,glasses,plates,utensils.frig.The room is attached to the house,no shared areas.Your own private place with your own keys. Plenty of street parking.One room with a queen bed and queen couch bed.Ok for kids.

The space is unique because you can go outside, anytime day or night. Sit in a chair, cook a meal and enjoy the California air. At night it is very quiet when you want to sleep. Their are no neighbors with in sound of your voice. You are able to bake, fry, microwave and barbecue. You have your own refrigerator. A whole house water filter. Filtered water from every tap.No curfew, come and go as you please because you have the keys. The door between the house and the room is blocked off and locked on both sides. Only way in or out is the outside door.
