House is situated in the best neighborhood in Catskill NY. (2 hours north of Manhattan, right across the river from Hudson NY) Very safe and quiet. Location feels very private but not isolated.

Juan and David spend their time between the Hudson Valley and Manhattan. Juan is an interior architect and David is an international correspondent for a British newspaper. We enjoy traveling, entertaining and enjoying this home which has been our passion since we bought and gut renovated it less than 3 years ago. To help us maintain it, we love to share this happy place for us with others.
