Please be aware that the windows with push-out shutters have security grilles but no glass. Access between upper floor and ground floor is by external steps. Please be sure this suits your group, particularly if you have young children. Part hardwood construction means the upper level might be darker inside than you are used to. If you prefer a modern white space, Calabash is probably not the right fit for you
Mullins is a popular beach attracting visitors from across the island. Look online for opening times at Sea Shed and the Royal Westmoreland beach club. Beautiful Gibbs beach is a short walk from Mullins beach. Gibbs is quieter and is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island
