We live in a quiet residential neighbourhood in e central part of Gander. We are very close to Gander Academy and in less than 10 minutes you will be able to access everything in our town. Steele Community Centre which hosts the stadium, swimming pool and Arts and Culture Centre is within 3 minutes drive. The hospital and other schools are less than 5 minutes away from us. There is a pharmacy located almost across the street and other shopping just a couple of minutes away. The airport is about 10 minutes away from us. All of the churches are within 5 minutes drive as well. Cobbs Pond walking trail - a must see - is about 5 minutes away.
