Aloha and welcome to Magic Sands Beach House. This beautiful and spacious 7 bedroom house is located just a one minute walk to Magic Sands Beach, the best beach in Kailua-Kona.

Keauhou Shopping center is a mile and a half away, and it is three miles to the heart of old Kona Town. You'll have access to shopping, movies, great restaurants, galleries, golfing, snorkeling and diving tours, live entertainment, parks, beaches, and harbors. If you are an explorer this is a great starting point for traveling south to the Volcano or north to the majestic Kahala coast and mountainous Waimea town.

Magic Sands Beach House is a child-friendly destination and serves as a relaxing family retreat. Warm sunny days keep our pool warm enough for evening dips while you BBQ on the huge rooftop lanai. Or, put your feet up listening to the chirping birds in the old banyan tree and the rhythmic sound of the waves hitting the shore at Magic Sand Beach. Walk a hundred steps to the beach and applaud the sunset.

Magic Sands Beach House is a generous, 3500 square foot double story house. Space is designed to allow privacy and quiet on wrap-around decks while providing a large group area for watching TV and playing games. There is high-speed Wifi, and several big "smart" TVs with streaming services, Netflix, Youtube, and Amazon Video.

The main kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, and granite countertops. There is a separate kitchenette in the bunk bed room, with an extra full-sized refrigerator and microwave. Every room has AC including living room, Ohana, and dining room

High Open Beam Ceilings in the Great Room with many windows make it light and airy. Large roof deck off the Great Room for relaxing and BBQ with some ocean views.

The pool area has an outdoor shower and a roomy spa that can seat 6 adults.

Bedroom #1: a king-size bed and a trundle bed with private bathroom for up to 4 people
Bedroom #2: a king-size bed for 2 people
Bedroom #3: a queen bed and a twin bed for 3 people
Bedroom #4: a king bed and a twin bed for 3 people
Bedroom #5: a full bed for 2 people
Bedroom #6: a queen bed for 2 people
Bedroom #7: two twin over full bunk beds for up to 6 people
Living room: one sofa bed and one daybed for up to 3 people.

* If you have 4 people or less, you will rent upstairs two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

* If you have 8 people or less, you will rent the main house 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

* If you have 10 people or less, you will rent the main house plus the honey mood room (romantic couple room) 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

** If you have more than 10 people, you will rent entire 7 bedrooms including Ohana and the studio.

Check-In: TENANT agrees that rent commences no earlier than 4 pm on the day and date indicated on part one. Early check-in may be permitted if the house is ready, and must be pre-arranged with LANDLORD. The additional fees for early check-in are $58 for 2 pm check-in, $118 for 12 pm check-in, $224 for 10 am check-in.

Check-Out: TENANT agrees to vacate the premises no later than 11 am on check out day. TENANT's security deposit shall be forfeited if you do not vacate the premises by 11 am unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late check-out may be permitted if there is no new tenant arriving the same day. Late check-out must be pre-arranged with LANDLORD. The additional fees for late check-out are $58 for 12pm check-out, $118 for 2pm check-out, $169 for 4:00 pm check-out, $224 for 6pm check-out, and $300 for 8:00 pm check-out.

Bugs: Hawaii is a warm tropical island, and insects are common. We treat the house regularly and encourage our guests to keep food sealed or in the refrigerator and empty the trash daily. Upon request, we can provide additional spraying. Insects are an unavoidable part of the environment, so we do not offer refunds because of the presence of insects.

Maximum Occupancy: Only the individuals specifically registered at the end of this document shall occupy the premise at any time. Children are counted in the total of the occupancy. Over-occupancy is a material violation of this lease agreement. If you bring more guests than the number of registered guests, you will be charged at the rate of $100 per person per night. Or otherwise, it will be $1000 per night fine applied to your reservation.


Parties or events: No parties, events, or visitors are allowed at the property without explicit written permission from the owner. There shall never be more than the number of guests in the reservation on the premises at any time.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am daily. $500 fine will be applied to your reservation if you violation the quiet hours rule. Repeated violations may result in eviction from the rental property.

Disturbances: The premise shall not be used in such a manner as to generate noise (including loud music), which will disturb neighbors, nor will neighbors be harassed or bothered in any way.



Check-In: 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be permitted if the house is ready, and must be pre-arranged with us. The additional fees for early check-in are $58 for 2:00 pm check-in, $118 for 12:00 pm check-in, and $200 for 10:00 am check-in.

Aloha and Welcome to KonaHome Vacation Rentals. This is Emmy. I am the owner and manager of these lovely vacation rentals in Kailua-Kona. I lived in Silicon Valley California for over 25 years and worked as a software engineer and the founder of a few successful start-up companies. I built several successful start-up companies and pursued our entrepreneur dreams there. I loved living in the California Bay Area and still consider it our "Home on the Mainland". Emmy's lifelong dream has always been to live by the ocean in tropical islands. When I first truly memorable experience in Hawaii was the family vacation on the cruise ship that visited each of the Hawaiian islands. We fall in love with Kona, Big Island the best. There is so much to do here, with crystal clear water for snorkeling, rainforests, waterfalls, and volcanoes to explore, and mountains that almost reach the stars. I bought my first dream house in 2013, and 3 years later, just after our daughter graduated from high school in California in 2016. Then we moved to Kona. Besides high tech, one of Emmy’s lifelong interests has been real estate. Every destination Emmy visited, she loved exploring the properties in the area. Combining our love for Hawaii and homes, now we own and manage 8 beautiful vacation rental houses. We have put much effort into every house to make them as comfortable and welcoming as your home. We use the latest technologies on the rental houses, with smart locks, amazon Alexa, comprehension customized online welcome book for each guest and much more.
