Location Location Location. This beautiful huge (almost 2000 sq feet) direct ocean front, 1st floor condo is in a newer building (2004) and conveniently located on the world famous boardwalk. Walk right out to the oceanfront pool ,boardwalk and beach. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms (2 free assigned parking) sleeps 12. Condo has direct access from balcony to outdoor pool, boardwalk, and beach never step foot in a elevator. Incredible sun rise views and close to everything.

The ocean front pool and pool deck are open according to the season. We do need to inform you that due to building guidelines the pool may have limited access or may not be available for your use at the time of your visit if closed for the season. This year the pool stayed open until the 2nd week in October!

HI There, I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 11 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends. I started using airbnb a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City.
