We call this the "Blue Ice Aviation Lounge". It is a private upstairs apartment in my hangar. The Lounge was completed in 2017 and is modern, cozy, Alaskan, and very comfortable with a slight aviation theme. We are 10 minutes from the bottom of Hatcher Pass on a quiet little airstrip AK93. Prostor
The apartment is separated from the hangar by a door that locks. Be prepared to climb stairs, the apartment is on the second floor. There is no separate cleaning fee!

Přístup pro hosty
Hatcher Pass is a short drive from our property. Also, Government Peak Recreation Area is about 14 minutes away. The Grouse Ridge shooting range is across the street. They generally shoot thursday evenings and sunday afternoons. We don't mind the noise ... but we are probably used to it :o) There is a TV for watching movies on the DVD player but no channels/ cable.

If landscaping is important to you, I suggest you look elsewhere, we haven't quite gotten that far yet ... just a fair warning :o) Also, the hot-water heater is small so it cannot handle back-to-back showers. It's ok for one short shower but then you need to wait a little while till the next person showers.
