* NUMBER OF GUESTS:
The house is ready to receive 6 adults very comfortably in three very spacious bedrooms, two bedrooms with one double bed each and one bedroom with a couple of single beds. There is also an extra two portable single beds and one inflatable double bed mattresses (main bedroom cupboards). In the living room, there are two couches and a toilet, that can be used alternatively. The portable and inflatable beds can be placed in the living room or in the bedrooms, as all these areas are very spacious.

At the Spanish "Costa del Sol", near Marbella at the town of Estepona, next to Gran Lux Elba Hotel ***** Grand Lux resort.

* SIZE:
A very spacious 300 m2 or 1000 Ft2

* STYLE:
Triplex penthouse on the 6, 7 and 8-floor level, very ample loft type bedrooms, a chill-out chalet on the roof atmosphere, all walls detached from neighbors, so it is silent day and night and you can party without bothering your neighbors.

* LIVING ROOM:
Loft style very ample living room connected to an ample working desk room, dining room, kitchen, and a fantastic terrace facing south, with great vistas looking South from East to West of the Mediterranean Sea, that lets you enjoy the sunrise and a spectacular sunset.

* BEDROOMS:
It has 3 very spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a double bed each and one bedroom at the 3rd. floor with two single beds. All three bedrooms have plenty of space for an extra auxiliary bed, so the house can accommodate comfortably from 6 to 10 people.

* BATHROOMS:
There is one very ample bathroom at the first floor, one normal size bathroom at the third floor and one toilet on the ground floor. So in case somebody needs to sleep at the living room sofa or at the open air bench at the terrace, has a toilet at this level.


* TERRACE:
The terrace is a 40m2 L shape, that surrounds the living room. It is decorated with a floor of artificial green grass, an all-purpose glass table for 6 people, a corner coffee table with 3 high stools, a chaise long, a three seats rocker garden chair, outdoors puffs and plants.

* BEACH:
There is direct access to the beach, just beside the swimming pools and its surrounding solarium.
There is 6 special big size towels for adults and 3 regular ones for children. Beach furniture can be provided on demand.

* WIFI:
There is a full high-speed 600Mbs Internet connection and wifi that reaches all corners of the house:

* AIR CONDITIONING:
The apartment has top quality very powerful air conditioning and heat pump equipment at the living room (8,000 BTU) and at each of the three bedrooms (3,500 BTU).
Also, as a more healthy alternative, all three bedrooms and living room have roof vents, that for most people, are sufficient, healthy and more comfortable, considering that in this area, the temperature rarely surpasses the 29º C level, due to the existence of a well-known special microclimate.

* BUILDING FACILITIES:
At the grown level of the building, there are an 18.000 M2 (‪‪59,055 Foot2) green ‬park and garden, containing:

- the seafront promenade can be accessed by bicycle and it goes all the way from west to east of Estepona connecting you with different urbanizations, beaches, beach restaurants, shops, and all the inner land areas of Estepona.
- on the road, in front of the building, at 5' walk there is a bus station that takes you everywhere in town and other towns nearby as Puerto Banus (20Km), Marbella (27Km), Malaga International Airport, and Málaga (87Km). To the west, the bus will carry you to several urbanizations, Gibraltar, Cadiz, Algeciras, Tarifa, etc.

All the building is impaired friendly.

On-demand, I can handle an electric cart to move around, specially designed for indoors and outdoors.

* PARKING:
There is sufficient outdoor spacious parking lots inside the compound for residents and temporary visitors.
On-demand, there is also one close door parking lot Num 27 inside the building that keeps your car safe and fresh.
On-demand, next to it, there is a storeroom Num. 22, for swimming pool and beach items with direct access to the Swimming pool area and beach.

* TRANSPORT:
Taxi (highly recommended)
Under request, a high standard taxi pick up service will take you from Málaga Airport / Train station to the apartment, for an agreed reduced charge of €104 (instead of €140). The driver will show you up to the apartment and help you with the luggage. On the way, the driver will indicate you the main shopping malls down town.

* BUS:
There is an efficient bus service that will connect you from the building to downtown and from Estepona to the surrounding area to the East (Puerto Banus, Marbella, Malaga´s airport, train station and town) and to the West (Gibraltar, Cadiz, Tarifa, and Tager North of Marruecos)

* ENTERTAINMENT:
- Sport Port of Estepona:
At a walking distance (20 min), through a beachfront promenade, you reach or night, the port where you can enjoy by day restaurants of terraces, bars, clubs, and water sports, and at night, it is where the nightlife takes place. The "Escollera Restaurant" next to the fish market (east corner of the port), will deliver the best fish and sea fruit you ever tasted for an extremely reasonable price.
- Elba Great Luxe ***** Hotel:
With the Kepinsky Hotel at the East side, both are the topmost luxurious hotels of this coast, that shares the same beach, with restaurants, buffet, Spa and indoor acclimatized swimming pool, tourist services, hairdresser, swimming pools etc.
- Restaurant La Pintoresca
It is one of the best quality restaurants of this coast (west corner, to the left of the port)
- Golf: Valle Romano Golf & Resort
It is just in front of the building and is one of the best among the international standards golf clubs around.
- The quaint old town, it is a must, you park in front of Calle Terrazas, the first entrance to the right after Juan Carlos I roundabout (center of the city), and you walk upwards. Just get lost, if you go downwards you return to the parking, if you go upwards, you will cross beautiful terraces and squares, full of live, bars, shops, and restaurants, a few excellent, as Rosales and Robbie´s at Calle Jubrique 11, and a couple of ancient churches.

PRICE AND CONDITIONS:

* €75 a day
* Deposit: €500 cash on delivery, cannot do this through Airbnb.
* Delivery and collection:
A high standard taxi service will take you from Málaga Airport / Train station to the apartment, for €150, that includes de delivery of the car and show you up to the apartment helping you with the luggage.
Upon delivery of the car by the taxi driver, it will be mutually examined and you will learn the essential instructions, and you will make a cash €500 deposit (equivalent to the full insurance franchise) to the taxi driver.
The driver must be over 25 years old.
At the return of the car, the same taxi driver will examine the car and he will return your cash deposit. If the car needs repairs, then the car will be repaired and you will receive the receipt and the remaining balance of your deposit. As an orientation, for each scratch, a 250€ will be deducted.

INSURANCE:
- The car is fully insured but the guest will have to pay the first 500€ of any damage.
- In the case of trouble call the insurance company "Linea Directa" that you will find in at the car glove compartment.

* WEATHER
The Costa del Sol, in particular, Estepona, has a special all year round mild climate, temperatures normally going from 10ºC to 30ºC and perhaps higher in the month of August.

* CLOTHING
You can enjoy all the possible scale of social environment, from the most simple to the most sophisticated.
People use to dress up in a casual fancy way all over the place. But if you want to go to a more exclusive restaurant at night, men should wear at least a summer jacket and normal shoes to feel comfortable with the environment.

* SPORTS
You can practise all sort of sports, from sailing to golf, horse riding, tracking, climbing etc. The apartment enjoys for free a tennis and volley courts and a wide adult and children swimming pools.
At the beach, you can also practice fishing and you will see anglers every day.
