Call to reserve direct for a better price! Our hotel offers six clean, simple rooms on the beach with a nice view at a nice price. The photos here show Room 5, the downstairs cabin. Not only can you almost reach out and touch the southern corner of Tenacatita Bay, but you only need to walk only 10 meters to cross the little bridge to reach La Manzanilla’s charming plaza. Please read everything and ask questions before making your reservation because we want all guests to have a 5-star stay!

The units are next to the Crocodile Bar and Cafe Du Calcetin, so you only need to go a few steps to the best coffee in town. Crocodile Bar will also offer breakfast, lunch and dinner on a daily basis in the high season, and some bar and grill service on a limited basis in the low season.

Please don’t fret about sleeping next door to a bar. The big crowd comes for the sunset and most nights we will shut down about 8 p.m. in the high season and around 10 p.m. on weekends in the low season.

This listing reflects a clean and simple room right on the beach. It is wonderful for someone who wants a great location at a great price. Relax with the sound of the waves. You can see trees in both directions--palm and banana--as you enjoy the cross-breeze through the room. If you want luxury, please reserve somewhere else

One can't beat our beachfront location for the sunsets over Tenacatita Bay. If you don't wish to eat with us, there are plenty of great restaurant options, such as Martin's about a two-minute walk away. As we are on the beach, you have no hills to climb to reach us and all basic services are within five minutes on foot.
