The Gray Room is a space dedicated to our guests. The two windows face the back of the house, overlooking the yard.
It is set at the common-area side of the house; near the kitchen, bathroom and entry space. The twin bed is meant for 1 person. (Please see our additional rate for extra persons) please be aware that the lawn is a bit of a mess because of renovation. Rates have been lowered during this time.

Guests can access kitchen, dining area, bathroom, entry-space and small side porch. Guests have access to the kitchen fridge, but there is also a medium refrigerator in the room. There is no T.V., so you may need to rely on your portable devices.

The house is located near Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, Bear Mountain, Harriman State Park, a few wineries, and nestles in the center of some other great Hudson Valley attractions. It is also an hour from NYC.
