Located off the main channel on beautiful Lake Hamilton tucked away in a quite wooded cove at the edge of the Ouachita Natl Forrest. Relax & enjoy breakfast on the deck overlooking the water & watch the ducks fly in to rest/ play. Private dock for boat use. (March-Oct) Lake will be lower than usual early Nov -early March.
Less than 30 min to Oaklawn & downtown Hot Springs. 10-15 min to local restaurants by land or water.
Kayak rental offered.
It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bath & sleeps up to 5 people.

Prostor
The cottage has a large deck, porch with outdoor living area with a bar, gas grill, ice cream maker, plenty of parking, and a great sitting area on the dock with an excellent view of the lake. Kayaks are available for rental.

Note: The annual winter lake drawdown will be early Nov. and refill in early March. During this time the water will be lower than usual and the boat dock use will not be available for boat use.
Hot Springs is a great place! There are a number of attractions in the area aside from the lake. Magic Springs Theme Park, Oaklawn Horse Racing & Casino, Bathhouse row, Mid America Museum and hiking trails. We are also located very close to Royal Ridge Wedding Venue.

I grew up in the area and spent a lot of time on Lake Hamilton as well as other lakes in the area. My wife and I enjoy traveling and the outdoors. My wife is amazing in the kitchen and spent 8 years running her own restaurant. She now publishes a magazine. I am a graduate of The University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and have a career in sales which I enjoy very much. We have 3 great kids, 2 labs and a German Shepherd. We enjoy spending time with friends and family.
