The action-packed, yet sleepy village of Arpora promises you a variety of experiences. This family friendly semi-detached villa is accessed via security gates and is available for short and medium term rentals.
The lounge cum kitchen
The open plan lounge as you enter the main part of the villa comprises of a lounge cum kitchen. The lounge area has a luxury leather couch with a footrest and a separate day-bed along with a 48” widescreen TV with satellite connection. A well-stocked library with an array of books will keep you busy and is a favorite among guests. Board games, cards and puzzles are available for rainy days. The well-equipped, fully functional kitchen includes a large gas oven, water purifier, electric kettle, coffee-making machine, mixer grinder, hob, chimney, fridge, toaster and microwave. The bar stools create an ambiance which is perfect for entertaining. Coffee and tea are on the house. The veranda outdoor seating area allows you to experience nature as you wine and dine.
Dining area
The large veranda at the entrance of the villa has been converted into an outdoor dining area. This verdant space is rich in bird life, including a pair of bulbuls that nest on the veranda. The dining table can seat up to 6 people.
First bedroom (ground floor)
This unique room is perfect for couples travelling with children. The king size hardwood bed makes waking up a refreshing experience with the sounds of birds chirping and the squirrels crying. With a simple but unique design, the room is attractively open but manages to retain a cosy feel. The wooden chest of drawers provides additional space. Like in the traditional Goan homes, the bedroom has a tall arched window that opens out to the pool area.
Second bedroom (mezzanine floor)
A wooden staircase leads up to the mezzanine level from the first bedroom. This small bedroom has a welcoming queen size bed and chest of drawers. The bookshelf and comfy foldable chair nestled in the corner makes this a perfect space for book lovers.
Third bedroom (first-floor master bedroom )
This huge, high-ceilinged bedroom comes with a private balcony with a spectacular view of wetlands, hills and coconut trees. The unique green plant corner, Buddha painting and warm bedside lamp shades make this room a haven. Waking up in the enormous four poster bed to a view of the hills and the sound of birds chirping is what makes this room so special.
Lounge area / fourth bedroom
The entrance to the first floor opens out into a small lounge area. There are large fitted wooden wardrobes with plenty of space for your clothes, as well as a digital safe. The room opens out to a balcony, bathroom and the master bedroom. The sofa can be converted into an additional double bed. This provides the flexibility of an optional fourth bedroom while maintaining the guests' privacy.
Balcony (First Floor)
Guests can lounge on the two sunbeds on this spacious balcony area and let the time fly. The rustic feel together with the vibrant greenery can transport you to a different place altogether. You can soak up the sun or simply relax in the shade with a drink and enjoy the view. An easel, brushes and paints are available on request so you can unleash your inner artistic talent.
