- This is a “discount/budget” offering, NOT a luxury hotel. Nearby hotels of this size typically charge 2-10x more than we do. This is an old home built in the early 1900s, so certain imperfections should be expected. We work hard to provide a 5-star experience for our guests, but PLEASE have realistic expectations!
-Some people are surprised to find that the areas near the Falls can be somewhat rundown. This is not just an issue with this neighborhood, but the city in general. Despite this, the area is quite safe and we've never had any safety issues here.
-Some of the photos for this listing were shot by a photographer with professional equipment, which can cause the space to look larger and/or brighter than it actually is.
-There are a lot of bugs in this area (especially during warmer months). The house does not have an infestation, but they can get inside if doors or windows are left open. We do NOT provide refunds as a result of bugs getting inside the house.
If any of these could potentially be a problem for you, we kindly suggest that you book elsewhere. Otherwise, we look forward to hosting you! :)
