This townhouse is within walking distance of swimming, the re-opened Sawtell cinema, speciality shops, formal restaurants & cafes and the shady centre of the main street where locals and visitors mingle and enjoy the town. Also close by are tennis courts and golf course.

Beach Chalet 3 is a naturally cool 2 bedroom townhouse with open plan living, plus laundry (including 2nd shower and toilet) downstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.Patio on both levels,with outdoor setting is ideal for enjoying the afternoon breeze. This townhouse sleeps four with a queen bed in the main bedroom and double in the second bedroom. There is also a lock up garage with extra driveway parking, for 2nd car, trailer or boat.
