This near new build is the perfect home away from home. Just a 2 min walk through the sand dunes to a quiet surf beach or enjoy lovely views from the house.
Enjoy all there is to discover about Goolwa and the surrounding areas of Currency Creek, Hindmarsh Island, Middleton and Port Elliot. Visit the many wineries, art studios, cafes and homewares stores. The bike/walking track that links Goolwa with Middleton, Port Elliot and beyond.
Please note this property is very strictly Non-smoking and not suitable for young children under 8 years old due to there being no provisions for young children. The stairs have no stair gate and there is no high chair or porta cot supplied.
Sorry, no pets allowed as the yard is not fenced.

Prostor
This home has all that you need from free wifi, to Nespresso coffee machine, Netflix, bed linen and towels, shampoo and conditioner as well as shower gel. Outside there is a fire pit and a bbq and if you bring your bikes, the bike track is directly below the house.
Please note that the bunk room will be locked and not available unless there are more than 5 guests booked to stay or you can pay an extra $60 for the use of that room.
Bed linen and towels are provided for all beds. Kitchen tea towels are also supplied but please bring your own beach towels if required.
* Please note that this property is NOT suitable for children under the age of 6 yrs old as we have stairs without a gate and nothing is set up for or provided for young children.
