Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This 4th floor 2 bedroom Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental, located at 4436 Windswept Villa, has been beautifully renovated and offers excellent views of the ocean from the living and dining rooms, kitchen, and master bedroom. The hardwood floors, high ceilings, and pleasant colors throughout add to the spacious and comfortable feel of this villa.

The main living area has plenty of seating including a sofa, 2 chairs, and a built in cushioned nook perfect for relaxing with a good book and enjoying the views. There is also a wall mounted flat screen smartTV, DVD player, and SONOS sound bar in the living area. Sliding doors lead to the deck with unobstructed views of the ocean and beach both to the left and the right. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, white cabinets and appliances has everything you will need for preparing meals during your stay. Enjoy a Keurig or standard drip coffee maker. There is also an elevated bar with seating for three off of the kitchen. This opens to the dining area with table and seating for four.

The master suite includes a king bed where you can enjoy the ocean views, flat screen smartTV and DVD player, and private bathroom with large walk in shower. The second bedroom features a twin over king bunk bed, flat screen smartTV with DVD player, and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination that can also be accessed from the hallway.

This villa comes with a washer and dryer and wireless high-speed internet access for our guests.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

In accordance with the 2020 Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance and with the Akers Ellis Guest License Agreement, all guests agree that the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 2, approved number of bedrooms is 2, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 5.

Upon arrival to the island, you will go directly to your vacation rental. The lock box code for your rental property is available the day of your arrival via our mobile app, Hospitality by GladToHaveYou, (you may download it from Google Play or iTunes). To access the lock box code, simply login to our app with your email address and arrival date, then click on Access My Rental.

The Village Market is the nearest grocery store, which is located in Freshfields Village about two miles outside the island’s main gate. A small grocery, offering the most basic necessities, is also located within Town Center Market in Kiawah’s East Beach Village.
