Entire 1st floor of duplex w/ own entrance, this home is newly renovated & very modern. a short walk to the beautiful beach, & a short drive to the casinos, Stockton AtlanticCity Campus, fine dining, the convention center, boardwalk hall & the walk in AC. The home can accommodate 5 guests, with two bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Double) & one couch that folds out into a bed. The home has a 2 smart tv's where you can access Netflix, YouTube, & cable. Summer includes 5 beach tags & limited beach gear

The home is 2 Bedrooms 1 bath, bedrooms have a queen and double respectively, and all mattresses and pillows have a protective liner in addition to being cleaned after every guest. I value your happiness and safety. The couch can fold down to accommodate a 5th guest. The house is also equipped with fast WiFi router. There is 1 smart tv in living room & another smart tv in main bedroom - both TV's can be used for Netflix, YouTube, and other apps. The master bedroom also has a small love seat, and the kitchen table can double as a computer desk incase you have to do work. The kitchen has everything you need, including, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. During the summer I provide 5 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a small beach cooler, and 5 beach tags
