(1) When you're planning to go out of the apartment, kindly turn off lights, AC, then turn off the water. It'll help us conserve.
(2) If you have any valuables, please make sure to lock the windows and doors before leaving.
(3) No smoking.
(4) Japan is a calm and restful country so please refrain from making any loud noise especially outside the home or the balcony to avoid complaints from the neighbors.
(5) Please take care of my unit and its belonging as if it’s yours. In case of breakage or loss item you will be charge accordingly. If you lose the room key, there will be a charge of 10,000 JPY.

When you stay in our house, you and your family will be able to easily get to your desired destinations in Tokyo.
There are supermarkets near this house, where you can find Japanese ingredients to cook with.

You can take the taxi or do a little bit of exercise. If you want to experience culture and tradition in Japan, you've come to the right neighborhood. Close to a lot of local shops and restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets. The last thing you want to think about is deciding where to go for lunch or to worry about running out of toilet papers. It's either within walking distance or a couple minutes of taxi ride.
