If you are looking for a room in a convenient location then this is the place to stay. Our place has a share house vibe, as it has 4 rooms listed on Airbnb, a pool in the back yard, undercover shade, guest parking for 4 cars out on the street, a recently renovated kitchen, living room and bedrooms!
Your room is situated on the bottom floor, but the top is a seperate living space to the bottom, (where we live), so you get your privacy, with the choice to meet people if you feel like it.
The rooms all have AC, a fan, built in wardrobes and a study desk. Each room has its own lock as well. WIFI is connected to the NBN.

This neighbourhood is quiet, close to the Ross River, close to the popular Stockland shopping centre which includes Myers, Kmart, BigW and many other speciality shops. It is also close to James Cook University and the hospital.

We are a couple in our early 60’s that have reached the 'empty nest' stage after having 5 children. We have travelled a fair bit, and have appreciated staying with people through Airbnb. We love the concept of Airbnb, and love meeting new people, so are happy to open our homes up to other travellers.
We are both school teachers and work at Calvary Christian College, Townsville. Great place to work!
Here are some of our likes: Hanging out with family, Scuba diving, spear fishing, 4 wheel driving, camping, travelling, reading the Bible, renovating houses, attending Calvary Christian Church in Townsville.

* The quiet hours are from 10pm till 8am as this is a residential area.
* This is not a party house, as people's privacy, down time and security are our main focus, but it's great to be able to meet new people and chill out by the pool and have a chat!
