The palisades are unique to this particular section of the river, providing us with not only lush, beautiful views but also activities exclusive to the palisades region.
The properties are also home to McCauley Thoroughbred Racing, Whitetail Heaven Outfitters, and Twenty-Seven Wellness Center, with whom we've partnered to create once-in-a-lifetime experiences not available anywhere else in the region.
We are surrounded by nature preserves, with 805 acres managed by The Nature Conservency to our south and the 115 acre Jim Beam Nature Preserve to our immediate north, providing you with miles upon miles of nature trails and palisades vistas.
With stables available to board horses, we are a perfect option for short- and long-term rentals for horse owners visiting the area for meets, shows, and sales.
