Hello! We (Katy & Joe) are a young, friendly, fun-loving couple who have been hosting on Airbnb since 2011. We ensure all of our properties are up to the standard we expect when staying elsewhere and strive to give our guests the best base possible to explore Liverpool and the surrounding areas! However, we realise that privacy is an important aspect when staying away from home - so we operate a very a much 'leave you to it' style of approach whilst making sure we are always available should you require any help whatsoever.
We offer the best and most trusted selection of Airbnb apartments in Liverpool City Centre. With 8000 reviews and counting, you’re in good hands. We help property owners welcome guests from all over the world to properties that may otherwise not have been available. We have a huge selection of luxury properties in and around the city centre with a virtual reception desk operating 9am - 9pm, 7 days per week. The majority of our properties enjoy:
- A fully equipped kitchen with all essentials
- A Smart TV preloaded with Netflix
- Hotel quality white bed linen and towels, professionally laundered
- A Nespresso (or similar) coffee machine and capsules
- Self check in, so you can arrive at your own leisure. Either via lockbox or a nearby shop within a 10 minute walk of the property
- Free Wifi
- Iron and ironing board
- Laptop friendly workspace
- Free on site parking or cheap nearby parking that we can recommend

We are a small, local independent business and try to be as transparent as we can so you know what to expect ahead of booking. We aren’t an individual host like most on Airbnb though we do have a super smooth check in process though this isn’t via a meet and greet. Your keys will either be in a lockbox on site or a nearby convenience store less than 10 minutes walk away.
