A welcoming neighborhood and house that has a great backyard with tremendous views. A private one bedroom with a newly upgraded bathroom that is shared when the other single bedroom is occupied. It comes with full access to all amenities (kitchen, living room with 75" tv, 1st floor half bath, outdoor tv and seating area, bbq grill, smith machine for working out, gas fireplace, backyard fire pit, washer & dryer, and WIFI.)
