The house is located on a quiet street,set back from the road, private driveway. Within walking distance to the town center and wildlife refuge. House is located on 2.5 mile recreational multi use lane which is great for riding your bike or leisurely strolls. It’s a short 25 minute scenic drive to Lake Placid

I have lived in Wilmington for over 40 years. Myself and my wife Paula raised our family in this town and it’s a great place to be. I am a 4 time Iron man finisher and enjoy working on old cars and raising honey bees in my spare time
