This IS paradise! The condo has the "WOW" factor....enter into your own exotic world. Its romantic, organic, warm and friendly. All the amenities you could possibly ask for and more. This unit is over 2000 sq ft and it was the "model" when they first opened. Not only does it have its only private dipping pool (quite large), but also 2 common pools as well.
Just walking into this condo is a jaw-dropping experience!! The sunsets are miraculous , as are the whale & porpoise sightings!!

Prostor
The town is sweet, small & quiet. Use your time to relax and explore the many restaurants, shops and beaches that are available. Rent bikes to see it all. There is surfing, yoga, happy hours, fresh fruit on a truck, farmers markets and MORE!!

You have the full condo & also access to the common areas at the pool area. There is a beach area, but the best beaches are both north & south of the complex...they are open to all!!!

This unspoiled area of Mexico is what you might have imagined it to be 50 years ago. It is a great local community of about 700 folks ...both native and anglos. Very, very safe...in fact, no crime at all here!!! There is a turtle hatching sanctuary, kayaking, bike riding, a GORGEOUS empty beach that must go for 2 miles, and my fav coffee shop is called Pacifico!!

When you arrive, you will check in at the office. Someone will be there to greet you & give you the keys to the unit. There will a cleaning service once weekly or if you want it more often, just let the office know.
