Includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living space. This basement can accommodate up to 4 adults . The bedroom has a single queen size bed and the living area includes a queen size Murphy bed and a comfy futon.
Also includes a foldable treadmill and a smart TV to be used at your convenience.

The house is located in a nice and safe area about 9 miles from NYC.

The house is located in a nice and safe area about 9 miles from NYC. It is a 2 -3 minutes drive to Bergen Mall, 5-10 minutes drive to the Garden State Plaza and 1 mile walk to the Hackensack University Medical Center.
