We are a 10 guest room commercial Bed & Breakfast in Andover NJ. We are on 10 acres of wooded property in Kittatiny State Park. This is not a house rental. This is a shared rental. Room is in our Carriage House & has a Queen Four Post bed, private bath, sitting area, Satellite TV, Free WiFi. Hiking trails & pool. Room is limited to 3 people. Kids 12 and over only. Grounds/Pool use for registered guests only - Parties only with full inn 10 room reservation.

Located in the upstairs left of the Carriage House, Pintail is a wonderful retreat. Guests enjoy climbing into the 4-poster Queen Size bed, relaxing in the sitting area or viewing the wildlife through the expansive picture window. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, adding to the special appeal of this room. A guest favorite!
