Casa Sandy is an affordable 2 bed, 2 bath home walkable to Potrero Beach! This cozy 1,600 square foot amazing property has just been remodeled and is ready for your stay!

We are located in a residential, well-known community called SURFSIDE Estates. Within walking distance, you have all amenities and only two blocks to the beach! The 50 x 100 foot lot is completely fenced in for privacy and enjoyment of your private pool. This home comes completely furnished!

-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Please note that there are governmental restrictions related to COVID-19 both for entry to Costa Rica and access to businesses. Please check official websites for Costa Rica and/or your embassy for the most up-to-date information, and ensure that you are familiar with all requirements before you travel. We would be happy to recommend local COVID testing locations but please be advised that we cannot schedule these on your behalf.
