Lovely, spacious beach house, with direct private access to a beautiful beach. The property consists of one large, air-conditioned bedroom with an on-suite bathroom. The bedroom opens onto a large verandah overlooking the caribbean sea. Downstairs consists of a small office; a large open plan living area and kitchen which opens on to a terrace with a small, lush garden and a patio area. There is wi-fi throughout The location is tranquil and quiet. IDEAL FOR WELCOME STAMP VISITORS

The beach house shares the land with a larger villa though they have separate entrances and each property is self-contained. It is located on the unspoilt Brighton beach which is a quiet location. The beach is soft and sandy and the sea is calm. The large bedroom can accomodate a travel cot and/or airbed for an infant or child

The neighbourhood is small and very quiet. The neighbours are friendly and the beach is generally uninhabited. The noise from the neigbours does travel though this is infrequent and does not go into the night.
