This lovely, recently remodeled 900 sq ft basement apartment is your perfect home base for exploring downtown Anchorage!
Near the museum, train station, cruise ship check-in, and the gorgeous Coastal Trail for walking/biking.
We live upstairs with our two dogs and love our neighborhood. Walk to grab groceries from the city market (or farmers market on Saturdays), grab fresh baked goods from the local bakery, and enjoy the delicious locally roasted coffee shops.

New pillow top and memory foam mattresses. Tons of extras, and high end amenities. Fully stocked with Rudy’s Barbershop toiletries. Sonos sound installed, just connect to wifi and use Sonos app to play music!

The original home was built in 1941, the basement apartment was an addition in 2000. Space is ~1000 sq. ft. and comfortably fits up to 4 guests, with beds up to 6.

There is a full minibar with beverages and snacks. Please use the menu located next to the bar for more information.

No-contact check-in. Access is by a digital keypad lock. Private laundry room, and entry level mud room, perfect for shedding those layers!

We are located right in the heart of downtown Anchorage. Our famous park-strip is just across the street with volleyball, horseshoes, tennis, and basketball ball courts!

All our restaurants and shopping is within a few blocks walking.

Access from the alley between 11 & 12th streets, park or drop-off left of the garage, there is a large white gate. Enter through follow the private yard alley to the White door next to the Horse statue.

Other things to note
Parking: 1 small to mid-size angled space left of the garage; large vehicles must park on 11th street.
Please try not to block the garage doors. Thank you.
