Our small and beautiful tropical garden resort with 3 teakhouses/5 independant rooms/baths and very quiet airconditioning is lying 10 km S of Chiang Mai city. Mature garden setting is perfect for families and travelers with peace in mind. Set up shows it's open Thai character.
Plenty of places to see by bicycle which we provide for you to float around

since 5 years we are nestled in a nice and well maintained neighborhood in a small and quiet housing estate with safe entrance = gated community; but only a little English speaking around; we came here 18 years ago, the rest of community 4 - 5 years ago.
We share a playground with all families: good for soccer, badminton, volleyball and boule; good chance to meet locals with kids;
Village temple is great local experience; also village school and health care center interesting; must see and you will enjoy , by foot or bicycle

service minded, easygoing, not selfish, Buddhist, love to play badminton, soccer, cycling, some Yoga and meditation,watch sepak takraw, enjoy gardening, orchid growing, favoring Asian destinations e.g. Myanmar, Lao PDR and Indonesia as favorites, Cambodia, Vietnam, China also often visited.
Love local village life and can introduce our house guests to key places e.g. Buddhist temple and garden which I take care of together with monks, local health care unit and school.
When I travel I do not need a flat TV set or icy air con in my room. Here in the North our mature garden gives enough shadow and freshness during most months of the year.

We meet our guests before check in on the net and want to find out when we meet them and how they will arrive.

We have often contact during the day; also when serving free breakfast with good time to chat; we serve what guests like e.g. daily change from fruit muesli to toast with egg and jam to local style rice or noodle soup and so on; other meals (lunch, dinner) possible and not expensive;
cultural program is offered by in house tour agent; requests can be discussed and booked directly; 1 host is licensed tour guide Engl./German/Thai speaking;
car with good guide/driver available for daily programs around 100,- US per day.
When guests book program without us please make sure you will have the pick up from our property. Otherwise you need taxi service downtown early in the morning as their is no easy shuttle at that time.
